Does the vehicle need to be drivable?

All vehicles must be driveable as we do not offer a towing service.
Does the vehicle need to be registered?

No.
Can the vehicle be stored at a depot if I'm unable to collect straight away?

Yes. Conditions and fees may apply, depending on the location.
How much notice do I need to give prior to pick up?

24-48 hours, depending on the location.
Can I put items in the back seat or boot?

Yes, all personal items left in the vehicle must be secure and are the owner's responsibility. Please note, in some cases no items are allowed e.g. in Western Australia, for quarantine purposes.
How does my car get moved?

It is secured on a car transport trailer.
What are the expected transit times?

Estimated times are provided upon booking and vary in different areas.
What if I want to cancel the job or change the delivery destination?

Jobs can be cancelled 24 hours prior to pick-up, otherwise they may incur a small fee. Conditions apply for different delivery locations. Please contact our office for further details.
How much fuel is required to move my vehicle?

It is preferable if your vehicle’s tank is a quarter full.
Do you transport modified or lowered vehicles?

Yes. Conditions apply.
Do you offer pensioner discounts?

No.
What payment options do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, direct deposit, money orders and bank cheques. All bookings must be paid for prior to vehicle collection.
